Hansel Ford of Petaluma is seeking a reliable and customer‑focused Full‑Time Porter to join our team in Petaluma, CA. If you enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and delivering outstanding service, we’d love to meet you! As a Porter, you will ensure an exceptional customer experience at our dealership. This position is responsible for greeting customers, assisting them as they arrive, and ensuring vehicles are moved safely and efficiently throughout the property.
The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, interacting with customers, and supporting multiple departments across the dealership. This role is essential in helping our team deliver the high level of service and professionalism our customers expect.
Pay Scale includes Base Hourly Compensation between $18.31 and $20.00.
Responsibilities & Duties- Welcome customers upon arrival
- Direct customers to the correct department
- Offer coffee and refreshments
- Answer basic customer questions
- Safely move vehicles around the dealership
- Assist staff and customers to ensure smooth daily operations
