Elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best‑in‑class products.

• Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs with the use of digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction during and after purchase (e.g., resolving issues, sending delivery reminders).
• Maintain awareness of competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
• California residents (for California positions).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
