Salary Range

Depending on job performance, the Sales Consultant compensation ranges from $37,500.00 to $200,000 +.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Deliver a
  world‑class experience
  for every customer
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory
• Learn the automotive business from the ground up
• Stay informed about new technology and product changes
• Communicate with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism

Qualifications and Skills

• Bilingual in Spanish is a HUGE plus

• Inside Sales or Outside
  Sales Experience
  is a strong advantage!
• Customer Service
  Background is a great start
• Self-Motivation
  is a key and driven to succeed
• Availity to work a retail schedule that regularly includes
  evenings and weekends
• Have a valid California Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
• Pass a drug screening and criminal background check

Pay Defined:The Sales Consultant position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.31, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit
