Our client is seeking an energetic Sales Training Specialist to lead training and development for new and current sales team members.
Responsibilities- Deliver sales training and onboarding programs.
- Coach and motivate sales employees to improve performance.
- Monitor trainee progress and measure training effectiveness.
- Update and improve training materials and programs.
- Stay current on sales trends and best practices.
- Maintain accurate training records.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Training Specialist, or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field OR comparable sales leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and best practices.
- Excellent presentation, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and e-learning platforms.
