Provide customer service to clients and employees by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.;
Conduct routine and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance, access, and/or operational concerns.;
Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor check-in, and coordinate escorts for authorized guests, vendors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site requirements.;
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or public emergency services when required.;
Complete detailed documentation including patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, and communicate notable observations to on-site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
