This position is responsible for performing tire replacement and tire repair on medium truck commercial vehicles as well as farm and agricultural vehicles.

• Dismounting, mounting, balancing, and repairs of commercial medium truck tires.
• Operate all related equipment and tools as trained.
• Perform air check services for customers and commercial accounts as needed.
• Properly complete all field order paperwork for work performed in the shop or on site in the field.
• Always maintain and clean and safe work environment.
• Proper jacking/lifting of commercial equipment and vehicles for tire service purposes.
• Dismounting, mounting, balancing, and repairs of farm and agricultural tires, implement tires, industrial tires, and multi piece wheels.
• Safely operate a service truck and perform service calls to customer account's yards or on highway as needed.
• 24hr emergency service call opportunities available.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Effective at operating independently as well as with a team as the job duties require.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in the language(s) required for the role, as justified for business necessity.
• Ability to work scheduled hours as necessitated by business need.
• Math and computer skills with experience using software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, browsers, and email.
• Member service focus.
• Commercial tire service background a plus.
• Knowledge of equipment/tool operation in commercial truck tire industry.

Education & Experience/ Licenses &

Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
• 4 to 6 years experience in commercial tire service
• TIA Level 200 Certification in Commercial Tire Service

Work Environment/

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and or carry up to 50lbs
• Standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, reaching, lifting, climbing ladders
• Exposure to loud noises
