Water Hygiene​/Legionella Administrator​/Coordinator

Our client is a rapidly growing Water Hygiene / Legionella company, who are seeking a hardworking Administrator / Coordinator who can integrate well into their friendly team. Daily tasks will vary, but include: answering incoming client enquiries, data inputting, coordinating appointments and maintaining strong working relationships with clients. • Must have worked as an administrator within a Water Hygiene / Legionella company
• Able to prioritise workload
• Good telephone manner
• Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills
• Professional manner
• Good organisational skills

• Working within a busy Water Hygiene / Legionella company, providing administrative support to members of the team
• Managing diaries for site staff, booking, rearranging and cancelling appointments
• Contacting clients to arrange access to site
• Answering client enquiries via telephone and email
• Booking accommodation and transport for engineers and members of management
• Inputting information into the company’s database
• Issing reports to clients
• Representing the company in a professional manner
