Position: Office Administrator for Personal Debt Solutions
Support BDO's clients in the Personal Debt Solutions team as an Office Administrator. This role focuses on managing essential legal documentation and administrative tasks in an in-office setting.

In this role, you will prepare research materials, format reports, and maintain communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Your duties will include managing court documents and maintaining confidentiality as per the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Efficient organization and prioritization of tasks will be essential to meet deadlines while delivering outstanding administrative services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and format reports and legal documents for court

• Coordinate communication with legal and internal teams

• Manage deadlines for filing and documentation submissions

• Maintain secure and organized digital files

• Offer administrative support, including email correspondence

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel

• Organized and detail-oriented with time management skills

• Previous experience in insolvency or debt solutions is a plus
