This position demands comprehensive oversight to ensure timely operations and decision-making support for the CAO in Peterborough. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate confidential information and executive follow-up
• Provide senior-level support to CAO and senior leadership
• Facilitate communication and continuity across the executive team
• Manage meeting agendas and legislative processes
• Act as liaison between the CAO's office and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• Degree in Public Administration or related field
• Five years of senior administrative support experience
• Knowledge of municipal governance and Council processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
