Reporting to the NAPA AUTOPRO Regional Director, this position is centered on three primary areas of focus: supporting active members by fostering the growth of their banner businesses, encouraging greater utilization of the services offered, and enhancing their adherence to the program’s membership standards; driving sales growth among existing banner members while maximizing the sales potential of NAPA parts; and actively developing new prospects in alignment with the strategic acquisition plan.

As a Business Development Specialist, your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop and support existing network members by promoting the effective use and implementation of the banner’s services and programs, ensuring adherence to membership standards through standardized evaluation and training processes.
- Create and execute comprehensive integration plans for new members to maximize their engagement with available services, training, and programs offered to NAPA AUTOPRO members.
- Establish schedules and coordinate business development group activities in collaboration with participating members; oversee meeting content and foster member participation to ensure the success of these groups in advancing program implementation.
- Conduct the annual evaluation of NAPA AUTOPRO member institutions within the assigned territory to assess compliance and performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales results made to NAPA AUTOPRO members across the territory, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Skilled at coordinating with sales teams and independently driving business growth within a standards-driven network.
- Automotive industry knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel throughout Eastern Ontario
