Your role as the Assistant Resident Manager involves running the day-to-day operations of the apartment buildings. Cleaning, light maintenance, and administrative tasks, along with providing exceptional customer service to residents, will be your priorities. Experience in cleaning and a high school diploma are required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Regularly clean and maintain common areas of buildings
• Ensure apartments are clean and ready for new tenants
• Carry out outdoor maintenance and seasonal cleaning tasks
• Manage waste disposal and cleanliness around garbage areas
• Assist with administrative duties and tenant communications
Requirements:
• High school diploma or three years’ relevant experience
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email/web
• Familiarity with regional laws and health/safety regulations
• Ability to lift weights and perform physical activities
• Flexibility for rotating shifts, including weekends
