The Policy Analyst will assist in organizing efforts across Electricity Canada’s influential committees including the Strategic Economic Regulation Committee and the Grid Modernization Committee. This position is key in developing meeting agendas, conducting research, and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships that support the organization’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support committee deliverables and timelines

• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes efficiently

• Assist in creating policy positions and research materials

• Track industry trends and share insights with stakeholders

• Manage relationships with internal teams and government partners

Requirements:

• Degree in public policy, economics, or engineering

• At least 2 years' experience in policy analysis or project coordination

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Experience with committee processes and stakeholder engagement
