As a Purchasing Coordinator, you'll be integral to maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring order statuses, and assisting in market research for sourcing. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help streamline procurement processes and support manufacturing operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage purchase orders for materials
• Confirm pricing and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Track key purchasing metrics for ongoing improvements
• Maintain ERP system documentation accurately
• Address discrepancies in purchase orders and invoices
Requirements:
• One year minimum experience in purchasing or supply chain
• Degree or diploma in related field is preferred
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced settings
