Auxo Head of Product in Fintech

In this full-time role, you will direct product strategy, manage the product portfolio, and influence roadmap decisions for Auxo's advanced AI fintech platform. Collaborate closely with founders and mentor Product Managers to optimize market validation and customer discovery. Your leadership will be pivotal in transforming an AI platform into a substantial revenue-generating entity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product strategy and overall roadmap

• Determine product investment priorities and strategic initiatives

• Drive customer discovery and market validation efforts

• Develop compelling product positioning and narratives

• Mentor and develop two Product Managers

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Product Management roles

• 2+ years in mentoring or managing Product Managers

• Experience with SaaS and multi-product strategies

• Strong product positioning and storytelling skills

• AI fluent with experience in financial domains
