Position: Parts Advisor Opportunity

Your role will focus on sourcing, supplying, and managing vehicle parts effectively.

As a pivotal member of the Aftersales team, you will facilitate customer interactions, organize parts inventory, and provide quotes ensuring that every service meets departmental targets. Your commitment to delivering stellar service will enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and provide vehicle parts to customers and the workshop

• Meet and exceed departmental performance targets

• Deliver top-notch customer service in various formats

• Manage incoming parts deliveries and storage allocation

• Prepare accurate quotations and manage invoicing

Requirements:

• At least 12 months of experience in a Parts Advisor role

• Knowledge of applicable dealership management systems

• Full UK Driving Licence is an asset

• Experience in franchised dealerships considered a plus

• Excellent organization and communication skills
