This summer, you'll take full control, managing daily operations and driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare business plans and sales strategies
• Recruit your own team for summer operations
• Manage daily business operations as general manager
• Lead a crew and ensure customer satisfaction
• Review outcomes and enhance skills for future opportunities
Requirements:
• Proven dedication in academic or athletic pursuits
• Ownership mentality towards business outcomes
• Openness to constructive feedback for quick improvement
• Interest in real management experiences
• Available to work part-time while studying
