Your role will involve assisting the FP&A Senior Manager by analyzing specialized reports and ensuring accurate commission calculations. You'll participate in key projects aimed at optimizing accounting operations and use your advanced Excel skills to generate reports and presentations for stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
• Calculate and examine sales compensation commissions
• Analyze accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Prepare monthly accruals and reconciliations
• Engage in process enhancement projects
• Maintain reporting dashboards and MI
Requirements:
• 4–5 years in accounting or FP&A roles
• Advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory
• Familiarity with sales compensation calculations preferred
• Strong English communication skills required
• Background in business intelligence tools is beneficial
