Position: Financial Services Management at Trent University

You will manage critical areas such as Accounts Payable, revenue collections, and compliance with financial regulations. Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders, you’ll enhance service delivery and implement effective financial controls. Your direction will be key in preparing for audits and refining financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage processing of financial transactions efficiently

• Direct the recovery of tuition fees and manage cash flow

• Coordinate documentation for audits and regulatory compliance

• Resolve escalated issues while providing guidance

• Communicate updates and training on policies effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in finance operations management

• Experience supervising teams, preferably in a unionized setting

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; CPA preferred

• Proficient in Excel and student financial systems

• Must pass a Criminal Record Check
