In this role, you will provide product recommendations to Wealth Advisors, manage account transactions, and oversee registered products files. You will also offer training and support for branch staff and handle documentation for specialized registered withdrawals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert recommendations on registered products

• Train branch staff on investment products

• Manage discretionary approvals from managers

• Verify account transactions for accuracy

• Process registered transactions within back office

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• Post-secondary education in accounting preferred

• Two years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of CRA guidelines for registered products

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
