In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative and transactional tasks within the Finance Operations team. Your responsibilities will include preparing sales invoices, managing payment postings, and responding to finance-related queries. This position is ideal for anyone who enjoys working systematically and collaboratively within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process ad-hoc sales invoices
• Post and allocate payments from bank statements
• Manage shared finance inboxes and handle queries
• Index and manage documents using electronic systems
• Support Finance Operations in meeting deadlines
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail with quick and accurate work
• Proficient with IT systems, especially Microsoft Office
• Organized, capable of handling multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction
