TD is accepting applications for Personal Banking Associates in Peterborough, Trenton, Bancroft, Lindsay, and Belleville. This full-time position focuses on customer service excellence, advising clients on their banking inquiries, and promoting digital solutions. Your influence will enhance client relationships and support branch goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers to understand their banking needs
• Direct clients to appropriate staff for complex inquiries
• Educate on mobile, ATM, and online banking systems
• Handle cash and transaction-related issues
• Recommend operational improvements to enhance service
Requirements:
• High School diploma with at least 1 year of experience
• Investment Funds Canada certification within 6 months
• Proficient in MS Office and branch software
• Strong organizational and independent work habits
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
