Position: Personal Banking Associate Position at TD
Join TD Canada Trust as a Personal Banking Associate in Peterborough, Ontario. Provide guidance to customers on their banking needs and build confidence in digital banking solutions.

In this role, you will address customer inquiries, recommend services, and assist with cash and non-cash transactions. You'll also participate in improving branch operations and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with daily banking advice

• Connect clients with appropriate bank staff members

• Educate on emerging digital banking solutions

• Resolve issues and report critical matters as needed

• Enhance operational processes for customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Completion of High School and/or relevant experience

• Investment Funds Canada certification required post-hiring

• Proficient in MS Office programs and branch software

• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills

• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
