• Complete loan and mortgage documentation accurately

• Initiate PPSA registrations and conduct lien searches

• Maintain all mortgage files from application to discharge

• Prepare commitment letters for approved loans

• Liaise with solicitors and insurance companies regularly

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Post-secondary education in business administration preferred

• Experience in loan and mortgage administration is an asset
