• Assist members via phone, online, and face-to-face

• Direct members to necessary financial advice from Advisors

• Facilitate routine transactions and administrative tasks

• Educate on innovative branch services and offerings

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills

• Experience in customer service or banking preferred

• Skills in sales and effective communication

• Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusivity
