This high-profile role demands expertise in P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow management within a project-based accounting environment. The successful candidate will oversee the accounting team while enhancing financial efficiency and tracking costs in a diverse portfolio of Naval Handling Equipment programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and mitigate major business risks

• Manage project accounting and revenue recognition

• Generate program profitability analysis and KPIs

• Drive continuous process improvements

• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years’ experience

• CPA designation or Master’s with 3+ years’ experience

• Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident

• Security clearance required

• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
