Position: BMO Personal Banking Associate Position
Join BMO as a Personal Banking Associate and provide exceptional service to customers. You will guide clients towards financial solutions and contribute to fulfilling their banking needs.

In this role, you will leverage your experience to enhance customer relationships while promoting various banking services. You will welcome customers, facilitate their banking experience, and suggest appropriate digital options to streamline their transactions. Additionally, strong collaboration with BMO partners will further expand customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with partners to discover referral opportunities

• Guide customers in branch and promote digital services

• Discuss financial services in client conversations

• Meet customer transaction needs consistently

• Review customer profiles to identify additional opportunities

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience

• Registration to sell investment products (Canada only)

• Experience in consultative customer service or sales

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Resourceful and confident in client engagement
