Member Service Branch Ambassador

Enhance member experience at Kawartha Financial Services as a Branch Ambassador in Peterborough, ON. Provide excellent customer service and assist with banking needs both in-person and digitally.

This role focuses on member loyalty and service excellence at the Lansdowne Branch. As a Branch Ambassador, you will engage both members and non-members, directing them to Advisors for personalized financial advice. Your responsibilities include supporting routine transactions and educating clients on our innovative banking services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create member loyalty through exceptional service

• Assist with transactions in-person and via digital channels

• Direct members to financial Advisors for tailored advice

• Educate clients about the new branch design

• Provide administrative support to lending teams

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Strong customer service and organizational skills

• Sales abilities to enhance member engagement

• Experience in customer service or banking is an asset
