In this dynamic role, you will manage the resort’s full P&L and a range of revenue sources including golf, rentals, and real estate sales. Your leadership will guide our team and maintain top-notch golf operations along with exceptional property management. The work rhythm varies seasonally, offering both engagement and flexibility throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the resort’s P&L, including budget development
• Lead real estate sales and insurance collections
• Supervise golf operations via heads of departments
• Ensure diligent property management and maintenance
• Oversee rental program for optimal guest satisfaction
Requirements:
• 8–15+ years in hospitality, golf, or club management
• Strong P&L ownership and revenue generation
• Knowledge of golf operations is important
• Previous property management experience is advantageous
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to East-Central Ontario
