Operations Focused HR Manager NFC

As the Human Resources/Operations Manager, you'll lead HR functions and daily operational management of NFC. This full-time role calls for expertise in culturally competent practices and effective coordination of resources and services. You will ensure a safe atmosphere while upholding policies and facilitating staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, hiring, and training processes

• Coordinate annual performance reviews and staff attendance

• Oversee facility maintenance and security operations

• Manage communication systems and equipment needs

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent

• 3+ years of HR management experience

• Proficient in operations management practices

• Understanding of Indigenous culture and Friendship Centre Movement

• Valid driver's license and clear Criminal Reference Check
