Join Pepsi Co as a People Experience Co-op for four months and work closely with the HR Manager. Your contributions will include supporting retention, recruitment, and communication efforts while gaining hands-on experience in a leading global company. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related fields, showcasing exceptional attention to detail and a coaching mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute HR Plan in retention and recruitment efforts
• Assist with the implementation of HR programs
• Provide recruitment support, including testing and selection
• Organize campus recruitment events and sessions
• Coordinate various Co-op and Campus projects
Requirements:
• Enrolled in Human Resources or related program
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Adaptable and detail-oriented
• Commitment to serving clients and HR initiatives
