Position: FPHL Operations and Administration Leadership Role
Lead the operational strategy at Trent University’s First Peoples House of Learning as the Manager of Operations and Administration. This pivotal role involves oversight of budgets, human resources, and facilities management.

As a key member of the leadership team, your role includes coordinating financial planning and implementing policies that enhance departmental efficiency. You will also play a crucial part in managing grant reports, supporting communication strategies, and ensuring administrative functions align with the university's mission. Your analytical skills will aid in preparing valuable data for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee departmental budget planning and financial advice

• Manage vendor relationships for equipment and supplies

Requirements:

• Honours University Degree, preferably Business-related

• Minimum five years in a relevant administrative role
