Weekend Team Supervisor

Overview

The Quaker Weekend Team Supervisor will be responsible for leading a shift team to achieve their performance targets and collaborate with other team members to solve operational issues.

Total Compensation:$56,700 - $92,400

• Leading a shift team of approximately 30 employees to deliver key metrics
• Solve day- to- day operational issues by collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver performance targets
• Lead daily performance meetings
• Communicate effectively and frequently to your shift team
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams to solve operational issues
• Think quickly and creatively and challenge your team to do the same

Hours
:
Friday
- Sunday

Shifts
: 12 Hour Shifts

• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• 3 + years’ experience in Supervising Others Preferred
• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others – Take Others With You
• Able to Instruct and Teach Others
• Must be able to work weekends
