This position seeks candidates with a CPA designation and 4–6 years of experience in public accounting. You will play a key role in onboarding, developing engaging training content, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards. Your contributions will help create a culture of ongoing learning and improvement within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver impactful onboarding training to new staff members
• Create and implement digital training resources
• Support the firm in meeting professional standards
• Coordinate various training initiatives across multiple teams
• Manage critical long-term training projects
Requirements:
• Must possess a CPA designation
• 4–6 years’ experience in public accounting required
• Strong knowledge of ASPE, CAS, and ASNPO
• Excellent presentation and writing abilities
• Proven skills in managing multiple projects
