KE:
The Peterborough Community Bike Shop as their Executive Director. Drive initiatives in program development, financial management, and community engagement with your leadership skills.

This full-time role reports to B!

KE's Board of Directors and offers an annual salary of $55,000 - $65,000. As Executive Director, you will oversee program development and ensure organizational alignment with B!

KE's mission. You'll also manage financial activities, oversee staff performance, and lead outreach efforts while fostering a strong community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic goal attainment and alignment with mission

• Manage financial priorities and annual budget development

• Support and evaluate staff and programs for effectiveness

• Oversee recruitment and training of volunteers and staff

• Coordinate outreach communications and community involvement

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of progressive program management experience

• Familiarity with grant writing and fundraising efforts

• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills

• Experience in volunteer management and budget preparation

• Valid driver’s license and strong commitment to cycling advocacy
