As an Operations Manager at ICE, you'll oversee daily service operations, managing teams across Helpdesk, Scheduling, and Technical Administration. This dynamic position requires strong leadership and the ability to drive performance improvements across multiple operational areas to meet service level agreements (SLAs). Your strategic mindset will be instrumental in fostering continuous improvement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of daily support service operations

• Hold regular reviews with Service Delivery Managers

• Oversee Helpdesk operations for efficient request handling

• Manage Parts & Hub operations for timely parts delivery

• Ensure effective use of Smartcall for remote diagnostics

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operational leadership

• Background in Helpdesk or Customer Support functions

• Strong problem-solving mindset

• Ability to manage multiple areas simultaneously

• Experience driving performance improvements using data
