Key Responsibilities:

• Drive staff training and performance evaluation processes

• Monitor maintenance coordination with external vendors

• Prepare and manage capital and operational budgets

• Conduct quality assurance inspections regularly

• Lead vendor negotiations and procurement processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of experience

• Experience in staffing or management roles preferred
