Peterborough Youth Unlimited is seeking a dedicated coordinator to support the development and ongoing improvement of youth programs. Collaborating closely with the Director, you will implement effective strategies that respond to community needs and elevate the voices of youth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in program development and evaluation processes

• Ensure programs are engaging and inclusive

• Support scheduling and resource management

• Collect feedback to refine program outcomes

• Cultivate relationships with youth and community partners

Requirements:

• College or university education relevant to youth services

• Proven experience in community-based youth work

• Strong organizational and communication capabilities

• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
