Key Responsibilities:

• Lead dynamic worship and preaching services

• Mentor emerging church leaders and volunteers

• Foster relationships with the wider community

• Provide pastoral care and crisis support

• Implement strategic vision and development plans

Requirements:

• Ordained and accredited with CBOQ preferred

• Master's in Divinity or equivalent qualifications

• Commitment to church governance and safety policies

• Proven leadership and communication skills

• Experience in urban church settings
