Your role will involve preparing diverse baked goods, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring product quality adheres to established standards. Train new staff in baking techniques, fostering a collaborative and efficient kitchen culture. Your creativity will be showcased when creating custom cakes and unique recipes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare dough and batters for baking

• Train staff in food preparation and safety

• Supervise the baking team to ensure quality results

• Maintain an organized inventory of supplies

• Prepare special orders for customers with dietary needs

Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required

• 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience

• Proficiency in baking machinery operations

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Awareness of allergies and customer needs
