We seek motivated sales professionals to join our successful sales team in the growing home improvement industry. Our Design Consultants visit pre-scheduled appointments at residential homes and conduct sales presentations, providing all necessary information for homeowners to make same-day decisions about their gutter protection needs.

• Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners.
• Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations.
• Follow a value-based selling process emphasizing honesty and integrity.
• Attend training sessions and regular sales meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily (required).
• Ability to lift and carry 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
• Proficient in navigating applications on an iPad (required).
• Previous outside sales experience is not necessary.
• Willingness to learn a structured, proven sales process.
• Strong desire and ability to close sales.

• Uncapped, full commission structure with current consultants earning $80,000-$220,000 or more.
• Performance-based bonus opportunities.
• ICBA Contractors insurance coverage.

• Flexible weekly schedule.
• Availability during evenings and weekends (required).
