• Support and manage team performance through regular reviews, one‑to‑ones, and daily meetings

• Previous experience in estate agency and customer service
• Results‑driven, with a strong track record of achieving targets
• Capable of leading and motivating a team
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and professional in approach
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Organised and proactive, with the ability to drive local market growth
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (insured for business use)
• Right to work in the UK
