Key Responsibilities:

• Service customers via phone and email daily

• Process orders, inquiries, and provide quotations

• Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives

• Make follow-up calls on all quotations

• Conduct at least four outbound calls daily for business

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of inside sales experience

• Proven communication and relationship-building skills
