Business Development Center Representative

Peterborough Volkswagen is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing team!

As a BDC Representative, you will be the vital link between our customers and our dealership, responsible for:

• Responding to internet, phone, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Scheduling check-in times (appointments) for service departments.
• Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and building lasting relationships.
• Identifying customer needs and providing accurate information about our products and services.
• Maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system.
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

• Previous experience in a BDC role or customer service/sales environment (automotive experience a plus!).
• Inside sales experience, this is a commission based pay plan.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and written communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency and comfort with CRM software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to exceed expectations.
