Outside Sales Representative (Construction) – Peterborough, ON

- Manage the assigned sales territory (Peterborough, Oshawa, Kawartha, Cobourg, Omemee, Markham, Vaughan) entrepreneurially, maintaining and growing sales from existing customers and prospecting new customers for monthly revenue.
- Drive personal and professional development to stay current on product and sales developments.
- Utilize the CRM system for order placement on a mobile device (iPad).
- Promote and utilize an omnichannel sales approach (e‑shop, telesales, solution selling) to create a customer‑centric experience.
- Contribute to a high‑performance team environment through exceeding monthly targets and commitment to corporate values.
- Entrepreneurial and resilient self‑starter.
- High‑school diploma required.
- Previous door‑to‑door sales experience preferred.
- Post‑secondary education in a related field or 1‑3 years of relevant work experience.
- Valid driver’s license, clear driver’s abstract, and clear criminal record.
- Strong communication, listening and presentation skills.
- Comfort using an iPad to access Microsoft suite, CRM and other software.
