Drive sales success as an Inside Sales/Quotations support member at Rexel, located in Peterborough, ON. Engage with customers daily to exceed service expectations.

As part of Rexel's team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences through effective communication. Candidates should have at least two years of inside sales experience and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Daily responsibilities include processing orders, inquiries, and managing follow-ups on quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly service customers via phone & email

• Process daily orders and inquiries

• Confirm stock availability and recommend alternatives

• Follow up on quotations for customer satisfaction

• Make at least four outbound calls each day

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales

• Strong communication and relationship skills

• Excellent multitasking and time management

• Computer proficiency required

• Previous electrical industry knowledge preferred
