This strategic position centers on coordinating the Provincial Growth & Yield Program. You will develop long-term directions, manage resources, and ensure effective communication between divisions. Your analytical skills will support monitoring and assessment projects that guide forest management across Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement program strategies and targets

• Facilitate resource allocation and funding negotiations

• Advise on monitoring and assessment methodologies

• Review and enhance resource management planning tools

• Lead and support forest management initiatives provincially

Requirements:

• Must have a valid class 'G' driver’s licence

• RPF designation from the appropriate association required

• Strong understanding of forest legislation and policies

• Expertise in planning tools and resource management practices

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
