• Install, repair, adjust, service and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning equipment, commercial refrigeration systems, calibrate instruments, gauges, and control components.
• Inspect and conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
• Troubleshoot difficult equipment failures and identify the best course of action for equipment modifications.
• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
• Perform assigned day‑to‑day repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance. Complete maintenance and repairs records as required.
• Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials needed to complete repair, order necessary materials and supplies, maintain good inventory of parts in service vehicle, and utilize CMMS to manage work orders and track completion.
• Be responsible for preventative maintenance and corrective repairs of HVAC equipment, air handling units (AHUs), dehumidification units, heating, and cooling system (boiler, chiller, and cooling tower), and commercial refrigeration equipment or rack refrigeration systems including refrigerated cooler and freezer, walk‑in coolers and freezers, and self‑contained refrigerated units.
• Oversee and inspect the work performed by third‑party vendors.
