Annual Base Salary: Minimum $33,060, Maximum $66,120

Job SummaryWe’re an industry leader that is rapidly growing our Technical Services division and have an immediate need for professional field service technicians to delight our customers.
Description & Requirements
* Must hold a U.S. visa to be eligible for travel to the United States for training
- Provide outstanding service to our clients and ensure devices are operating correctly.
- Use electro‑mechanical skills to repair devices; training provided by certified instructors and online/in‑house options.
- Achieve key productivity goals: 5 gross calls per day, fixing the first time at least 50% of the time, response time 2–4 hours, and minimize parts costs.
- Electro‑mechanical experience with multi‑meter troubleshooting and ability to read electrical schematics; prior roles such as HVAC/Cable Internet technician, electrician, automotive mechanic, or similar.
- Superior time‑management skills and reliability; commitment to punctuality.
- Valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance coverage; MVR included in background check.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive for more than 50% of the day.
• Successfully complete the new hire training and technical training courses.
- Comprehensive understanding of the company and customer service culture.
- Clear expectations regarding call load, territory alignment and client satisfaction.
- Thorough knowledge base of the equipment and inventory needs to support the territory.
- Actively and correctly completing service calls independently.
