Commercial Refrigeration Technician

Position: Commercial Refrigeration Technician at CBRE
Elevate essential facility operations as a Commercial Refrigeration Technician with CBRE. Leverage your HVAC and refrigeration expertise to maintain and repair critical systems across multiple sites.

In this hands-on position, you will support a variety of commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment, applying your skills to ensure effective operation and compliance with all relevant safety standards. This role is part of the Engineering & Technical Services team, combining technical problem-solving with service excellence to create optimal environments for businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems

• Conduct inspections and ongoing maintenance tasks

• Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement repairs

• Manage work orders in CMMS and track completion

• Supervise third-party vendor work and quality

Requirements:

• Journeyman Certificate in refrigeration or HVAC

• 4-5 years of related experience preferred

• Gas Technician (G1) or Gasfitter A credentials

• ODP Certificate required

• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs
