In this essential position, you will maintain and repair heating systems across various retail stores, ensuring optimal operational standards. This includes conducting both planned and reactive maintenance tasks, as well as minor repairs, while effectively communicating with the HVAC supervisor regarding any significant issues noted during your visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute PPM and reactive maintenance for multiple commercial sites

• Service boilers, fans, and other mechanical devices

• Perform minor alterations within your technical expertise

• Request spares using established ordering procedures

• Identify faults and consult with supervisors on replacements

Requirements:

• SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical/HVAC

• Qualified with ACS Commercial Gas Certifications COCN, CIGA, TPCP1

• Relevant commercial maintenance experience

• Proficient troubleshooting abilities

• Knowledgeable in technical specifications compliance
